To perform the standardization and normalization processes we benefit from Schober’s Data Quality business unit, leader in treatment of external files in several European markets. Our own postal libraries offer the maximum national coverage possible and add a differential value to the process of normalization of addresses.

For the enrichment process, Schober Directories & Contents has a team of expert documentalists, engineers, and database administrators who follow strict quality procedures including daily data updates.

Our data is enriched with over 1,000 public sources as well as Schober’s traditional business data. We pay special attention to refining the following information:

• Additional address information.
• Main telephone number.
• Fax.
• Commercial activity.
• Freefone and switchboard numbers.
• Added value information (i.e. opening hours).
• Geographic coordinates.
