Schober offers two types of GEO databases for Geomarketing:
Points of Interest (POIs):
Entries for companies, businesses, trade, establishments and homes. The POI entries incorporate more or less additional data, according to the requirements of each case. Highly contrasting they always incorporate geographic coordinates (x/y) in order to aid visualization on a digital map.
Incorporating POIs in Geo-marketing allows us to:
- Study our real position in the market.
- Identify and value our potential markets.
- Analyse relations with our clients
Statistical Information:
Statistic and social economic indicators based on data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE) and other public study and investigation sources.
These indicators, collected at different geographical levels, have a wealth of data on the towns, their properties and buying trends. |
