Name normalization software application Convert Name analyzes the line that contains the name information in a context-sensitive mode, distinguishing if the name belongs to a person or to a company.

 

In the case of persons, the system extracts all the components of the name line (form of address prefix, name, last name) to match name gender identification according to the name. The whole process sets the bases for standard structuring when integrating the information into the systems.

 

In the case of companies, it recognizes the name line as a private company or institution, detects its business type and provides it as a separate element.

 

Convert Name can extract information of different persons contained in the same line and identify them as separate individuals.

 

Convert Name can recognize certain patterns that do not belong to the name (client number, notes, etc.) and delete them or save them for other processes.
